Globalwide Property Management was founded in 2009 by a team of real estate professionals who saw a gap in the market: property owners deserved better than reactive, disorganized management. We set out to build a company that treated every property like our own — with proactive care, transparent communication, and a relentless focus on performance.
Today we manage over 1,200 properties across the greater Los Angeles area, from single-family homes in Pasadena to multi-unit apartment buildings in Silver Lake. Our growth has been built entirely on referrals and results — a track record we're proud of.
